NOTICE OF LAND SALE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Greenwich has authorized for sale as surplus property the following:

Block 4 Lot 35 
Location Springtown Rd
Minimum Bid $10,000.00

The Township will offer the same for sale at a public auction to be held March 18, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Greenwich Township OEM Building, 1000 Ye Greate Street, Greenwich, NJ 08323.

TERMS OF SALE:
Bid will be awarded to the highest bidder, 10% down,  closing within 30 days of the date being awarded the bid and the Township will deed, by Quitclaim Deed, by Block and Lot number only, the premises to the successful bidder. Failure to complete settlement according to the term and conditions set forth will result in forfeiture of deposit to the Township. The Township gives no warranties as to title, the accuracy of the description of, amount of, or the physical condition of the land. The bidder will be responsible for paying all closing costs, fees preparation of the deeds, or other transaction documents, escrow fees, if any, and all recording fees.

THE TOWNSHIP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ALL BIDS.
