The Secretary of the Interior has established standards for rehabilitation of historically recognized properties and districts. The Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings were developed to help property owners, developers and federal managers apply those standards by providing general design and technical recommendations. These are the standards that joint Greenwich Planning and Zoning Board strives to adhere to.
